As an experienced workshop leader and facilitator of Corporate CoachU's coaching clinic I have trained over two hundred managers to incorporate coaching skills within their management skills set. I have also worked as a lecturer on a management diploma programme and take a keen interest in personal development for both individuals and groups. I have designed and facilitated workshops for a variety of corporate groups. My personal experience of the corporate world means I am able to work within corporate clients's challenges and culture.
My personal speciality is management development and I can utilise a wide range of experience to help design specific programmes. I can also make use of appropriate questionnaires as needed and have an interest in the use of psychometrics in supporting personal development. I am accredited with British Psychological Society at Level A and Level B intermediate.
