Career coaching is my main speciality area, although I do often work with clients who wish to explore choices they are considering and who want to set themselves goals.
The career coaching I offer comprises a series of five 40 minute calls during which I use a number of structured exercises to help clients re-assess their career and where they want to take it next. The exercises would normally be used to help identify your key skills, values and interests. This, together with a career plan, will assist you in identifying possible job targets for you to explore further. Between the coaching calls you will need to carry out specific activities and these will form the prime subject of the coaching call. The final session will be aimed at you producing an action plan. I will also provide you with email support in between the calls.
The package of five 40 minute calls with email support, normally takes place over a 4-8 week period and costs £200 which, is payable in advance.
I can also provide coaching on an hourly basis. The cost is £65 per hour.
